In the United States, the average life expectancy of a man is 75 years and 5 months, which has dramatically increased in the past 50 years. The Men’s Health Network indicates that an unhealthy work and personal lifestyles, lack of awareness and weak health education have severally lead to decline in the well-being of American men. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) also states that men who have sex with men can suffer from a high risk of HIV infections. African-American men have the highest incidence rate of new HIV infection.
