Working out for one-hour matters, but if you’re immobile for the other 23 hours, you’re still considered sedentary. Therefore, try to move around throughout the day, stand as much as possible, and your one-hour exercise will count.

Can You Work Out Every Day for One-Hour?

Working out daily makes sense, but you must variate and target the entire body, not one part. Targeting one body part can increase the risk of injury by overloading your joints and straining tendons.
