Trinity Meds reviews are currently among the weakest I found in the GLP-1 telehealth market. Trustpilot shows a 1.7/5 score, and recent reviewers frequently complain about delayed medication, unexpected charges, refund problems, warm shipments and difficulty reaching customer service. Trinity Meds also sits inside a broader network of brands connected to Trinity HealthCare Supply, including altRx and LeanMeds.
If you’re considering Trinity Meds, I think understanding who is behind the company is just as important as reading its reviews.
Who Actually Runs Trinity Meds?
Trinity Meds states that administrative and technology services are provided by Trinity HealthCare Supply.
Medical care is provided separately through OpenLoop Healthcare Partners and affiliated medical practices.
This structure matters.
The company selling and marketing the service isn’t necessarily the same company making the medical decision or dispensing the medication.
That’s common in telehealth, but consumers should understand who is responsible for each part of the process.
Trinity Meds Is Part of a Larger Brand Portfolio
Trinity HealthCare Supply has filed trademark applications covering several telehealth names, including:
- TrinityMeds
- altRx
- LeanMeds
- YourGLP1
You can see the Trinity HealthCare Supply trademark records here.
There is nothing wrong with operating multiple brands.
But if one organization operates or controls several telehealth brands, I think consumers researching one brand should also look at the reputation of the broader organization.
That becomes particularly relevant when similar complaint themes appear across multiple related brands.
What Are Trinity Meds Customers Complaining About?
The current Trinity Meds Trustpilot reviews show a score of approximately 1.7/5.
Recent reviews frequently mention:
- Medication taking weeks to arrive
- Refills not arriving
- Cards being charged before fulfillment
- Refund requests being denied
- Difficulty speaking with customer service
- Repeated promises that cases were being escalated
- Medication arriving warm
- Customers disputing charges with their bank
There are positive reviews too.
But the current overall picture is strongly negative.
The “Escalation” Problem
One phrase appears repeatedly in negative Trinity Meds reviews:
“We escalated your case.”
Customers describe contacting support and being told their problem had been escalated, only to continue waiting without a meaningful resolution.
This matters because a customer-service system is only useful if escalation ultimately solves the issue.
Reviewers describe problems involving medication, refunds and billing that continued after multiple support interactions.
What Happens When Medication Doesn’t Arrive?
Several customers report paying for multi-month programs and receiving only part of what they purchased.
One reviewer said they prepaid for six months but only received the first shipment.
Another described being charged for a refill and then waiting weeks without receiving medication.
Others say they eventually disputed transactions through their bank.
These are allegations from individual reviewers.
Still, the recurring fulfillment problem is one of the biggest reasons I would avoid paying far in advance without understanding the refund terms.
Trinity Meds and Warm Medication Complaints
Some customers report medication arriving warm or with melted cooling packs.
This issue appears often enough that even Trustpilot’s review summary mentions it.
A warm package does not automatically mean medication is unusable.
The appropriate answer should come from the dispensing pharmacy or a qualified healthcare professional.
Consumers should nevertheless ask before ordering:
Who is the pharmacy?
How is medication packaged?
How long is it expected to remain stable during shipment?
What happens if the package arrives warm?
What Happens If You Want a Refund?
This is another major complaint category.
Customers say they have sought refunds because:
- Medication never arrived
- They received only part of a prepaid program
- Their appointment didn’t happen
- Their order was delayed
- They wanted to cancel before the next shipment
Some reviewers claim the company refused refunds.
If you’re buying a multi-month program, read the refund policy before paying.
Do not assume that paying for six months means you’ll automatically receive a prorated refund if you later cancel.
Is Trinity Meds Legit?
Trinity Meds appears to be a real telehealth operation.
The company is connected to identifiable legal entities and uses OpenLoop for clinical services.
But “legit” should not simply mean that a company exists.
For me, the real question is:
Does the company reliably deliver what customers paid for and resolve problems when something goes wrong?
The current reviews suggest a substantial number of customers say the answer was no in their case.
Is Trinity Meds a Scam?
Some reviewers describe Trinity Meds using that word.
I would not state it as fact.
What can be stated is that Trinity Meds currently has a poor Trustpilot score and repeated complaints involving billing, fulfillment, refunds and support.
That is enough reason for consumers to exercise caution without making a stronger accusation.
Why the Related Brands Matter
Trinity Meds isn’t the only name connected to Trinity HealthCare Supply.
altRx and LeanMeds are also linked through trademark records.
That doesn’t mean every brand provides identical service.
But from a consumer-research perspective, corporate relationships matter.
If I were considering giving one of these companies hundreds or thousands of dollars, I would research the organization behind the brand, not just the landing page I happened to see in an advertisement.
My Conclusion on Trinity Meds Reviews
My biggest takeaway from Trinity Meds reviews is that the problems aren’t limited to one category.
Customers report problems before, during and after fulfillment:
Payment.
Appointments.
Shipping.
Customer service.
Refunds.
That’s why I’d be particularly careful with large prepaid plans.
Understand exactly what you’re purchasing, when each shipment will arrive, which pharmacy is involved and what happens if the service doesn’t go according to plan.
What I Am Using Instead
I am currently using DirectMeds.
